Luceti is not a large place, all things considered, and remaining hidden only keeps him from being able to offer the proper influence in the dangerous situation they've found themselves in with a certain new arrival.
So today he is out of his apartment, strolling toward the grocers in his usual casual attire. His chakra is suppressed to some extent, Sharingan unactivated to avoid easy detection. He has, in fact, tapped into his filial affinity in the hopes of slightly masking his chakra presence beneath the world's natural energies in a way that isn't too obvious.
Despite all this, he travels outside fully expecting to be seen by anyone. But this way, at least, it will be on his own volition. On his own terms.
There may be a slight increase in the number of crows around town today as well - just a minor difference, not a sudden murder. His eyes to see where he cannot.
As for Itachi himself, he's buying cabbages. You can never be too picky when it comes to buying greens.]
