[Action/December 20/morning]

[If you have been watching him at all through the night, Itachi, you will have learned one thing about Trafalgar Law - he is a very troubled sleeper. A silent one, and one that hardly moves, a thankful thing for anyone sharing a bed with him, but troubled. His face grimaces through the night as nightmares chase through his mind, and occasionally cycles through the expressions of strain and fear. His body tenses, and you can imagine if not for the deep exhaustion keeping him under, his sleep would be very light.

And sometimes he grows very still, when the building noises get loud for instance. There is one part of him that is aware, the part that will react with no thought, and will force him to action if he perceives a threat. There is no reaction when you enter and come close however. Ninja skills or a trust strong enough to override a warrior's natural sleeping defenses? You decide.

The chakra levels, while not the dangerous lows of before, are still abyssmal. But finally the pirate begins to attempt to awaken.]
