He hardly looks it now, as he makes his way back to his apartment, but the ever so slight unevenness in his footsteps might be a giveaway to some.

That however you use it, you should make decisions that at the end of the day you can look back and be satisfied with. Life gives too many regrets already, there's no need to add to them if you can help it.

While it's better to have fluids and aspirin as soon as possible, having a knife hammered through his skull or such is not his idea of good doctor-patient relations. He idly calculates the time it would take to clear your system based on his rough estimate of your body weight, your rate of metabolism, and how much of the 'good stuff' you may have imbided.
And he's going to tap at door once lightly to announce his presence. He suspects you already know he's here... he hears movement inside, but sneaking up on someone is a good way to get stabbed.

Mister Uchiha? [He's speaking very quietly.] I've left you some aspirin and water. [The table in your floor's communal kitchen. He doesn't expect you to reply, and if you do, well, paranoia will probably be the order of the day. But he's extending the gesture anyway.]
