Every kunai, shuriken, wire, scroll, tag, and other shinobi tool will disappear off the ninja's person in a blaze of blue light. Not only that, but the weapons in any caches in the area as well.
They're Law's now. In a place only Law knows and can access.
The pirate's forcing a more chakra intensive fight. Limiting what Itachi can do at long range a bit. He'll whittle down Itachi's options bit by bit to put them on more equal ground.]
